Shipping Update

August 12, 2020-

Color and HC orders from the US seem to be shipping within about 10 days, however they’re still advising me it can be up to 4 weeks.

Orders over US$70 I’m still splitting between the printers if necessary to get as many books to you asap.

July 7, 2020-
I’m trying to be as transparent as possible with shipping delays facing customers in the US and Canada. These have been rather painful for everyone. To try and remedy things I’ve found a new printer who are doing a great job however they only print b&w softcover books. This means that I can’t use them for color or hardcover titles. Being based in Australia I can’t keep stock on hand, and as quite a few of my titles are ones that I made to help fulfil requests rather than for commercial reasons it isn’t feasible to have a fulfilment center hold stock of everything, so I have to print-on-demand. This is usually fine, but COVID has increased their demand massively causing delays.

If you’re only ordering b&w books then your order will print and ship quickly with the new printer.

If your order is over US$150 and contains HC/color books I’ll print and ship from the UK which will arrive far faster than from the US.

If your order is smaller and has color or hardcover books it’ll have to go with the older printer and take up to 4 weeks to print.

If I can make mixed orders work splitting them between the two printers I’ll do my best, but paying two lots of freight doesn’t make it the most feasible.

Any questions please let me know. I’m happy to proved pdf table of contents if you’re wanting to plan, and if you’re hoping to start I can shoot through pdf interiors also. Anything at all I can do to help please let me know.
