A Delightful Meeting
One of the greatest joys of what I do is getting to know so many lovely people online. As an introvert who doesn’t get out much, I really treasure the friendships and connections I’ve made through emails and chats over the years.
There are a few people who come to mind often, and one of them is the wonderful Sarah B. Rich—some of you may know her from Facebook. Sarah has been a voice on my shoulder quite often over the last 5 or so years and despite never have met or even heard her voice, she is someone I think of often.
Sarah lives in Hawaii but recently sent me a note to say she’d be visiting Australia and wondered if she could stop by the farm to say hello. As luck would have it, we already had an animal session booked for the day she’d be passing through, so it worked out perfectly for her and her daughter, Talina, to drop in and see what we do.
The weather hadn’t been kind, and the ground was pretty muddy, but it was such a pleasure to spend time with her and Talina in person. Thank you so much for coming to visit, Sarah—it meant a lot!
