Since I started Living Book Press eight years ago, I’ve personally handled the fulfillment of almost every order for our readers in Australia and New Zealand. From packing the boxes to addressing the labels, it has been a privilege to see these books head off to new homes.
However, as our catalog of titles continues to expand, we’ve reached a milestone where we simply need more room! To ensure I can keep our entire library available and ready to ship without the limitations of local shelf space, I am transitioning our fulfillment process.
What This Means for Your Orders
- Faster Access to More Titles: By shipping directly from our printers to your door, we can maintain a much larger catalog without the delays of waiting for stock to arrive here first.
- Delivery Times: For many orders, this will actually speed up your delivery. In some cases, please allow for a few extra days of processing as the printer prepares your specific copies.
- Hybrid Fulfillment: To clear out our current local inventory, I will still be personally fulfilling orders from my home stock whenever possible.
- Sale Orders: If you place an order during a sale I will do my best to consolidate your books. If I have some items in stock but not others, I may have the missing titles sent to me first so I can ship your order as one complete package.
We appreciate your patience as we make this transition. This change allows Living Book Press to continue reviving forgotten classics and expanding our collection for years to come.
